At the heart of Re-Gen’s social value, we pride ourselves on providing opportunities to young people from BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) backgrounds, women, vulnerable adults, and anyone seeking assistance in improving life skills. We work with communities providing skills training, interview techniques, CV writing workshops and work experience in a variety of roles.
Further examples of us going above and beyond for the regions we work in, include:
- Regular Clothing Drives
- Coat Drops
- Foodbank Donations
- Community Project
- Schemes i.e improving local aesthetics
- Wellbeing Workshops
- Funding for Vocational Training
- Digital Skills Development
- Local Job Fairs/Open Evenings
- Apprenticeships
- Bursary Schemes
The benefits and impact of our efforts have been received by residents, the economy and/or the environment. In our case all three.
