Re-Gen UK Construction Ltd began its story in 2012 by our Managing Director Jeremy Hartland. Our mission was and continues to be able to perform for our customers to the highest level of quality and safety, for the services we provide in construction. The company grew quickly whilst maintaining our professionalism, integrity, and fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates, and clients. In 2016, we successfully formed Re-Gen (M&E Services) Ltd. By integrating an M&E division, it allowed us to broaden the services we can provide our clients and offer a full range of mechanical and electrical solutions.
At the heart of Re-Gen’s social value, we pride ourselves on providing opportunities to young people from BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) backgrounds, women, vulnerable adults, and anyone seeking assistance in improving life skills. We work with communities providing skills training, interview techniques, CV writing workshops and work experience in a variety of roles.

Jeremy Hartland has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry with a main contractor background. His skills include an extensive knowledge of construction techniques, the ability to develop and monitor robust systems and programmes on complex multi- disciplinary projects, an excellent eye for detail, quality and problem solving.
We are taking a new approach to the refurbishment and construction of public, private, and social housing. We aim to provide added value and improved quality to customers with an innovative approach to sustainable methods of construction, effective waste management and tight work controls. Our leadership team will draw on their 30 years of experience, to deliver the same high standards of service the group currently provides.
