Re-Gen were appointed as main contractor for works at a site in Gillingham, Kent. The site had previously been a supermarket and the ground floor was being used as a health centre by the NHS.
Re-Gen was commissioned to transform the site into an Adult Learning Centre (ALC) to meet with the local authorities drive to provide better facilities for adult learning. The scheme was particularly complex from a Mechanical and Electrical perspective, but our expertise in the field, coupled with assistance from, Re-Gen (M&E Services) Ltd, ensured we delivered a high-quality installation. We have since delivered another ALC in Kent for another local authority.
