We started refurbishment works at 73-74 De Laune Street in Kensington London. The works comprised of remodelling and refurbishing two terraced houses and forming them into six one-bedroom flats. The works included the construction of a three-storey infill extension and minor external works to the building.
All of the flats were designed to a high-end specification in line with the other properties in the Kensington area.
