Re-Gen UK was awarded the project of the internal and external restoration as well as repairs and redecorations of the edge hotel in Colchester, Essex, which is part of the University of Colchester. This listed building has been restored to its former glory using traditional techniques within the restoration process. Elements had to be re-crafted by hand and remoulded to match the existing details of this Grade II listed building.
