Works at Gainsford House encompassed the upgrade of the toilets and backlog maintenance works. We installed new anti-barricade doors with architraves and frames. Ironmongery was replaced, and the internal walls were replastered, and decorated accordingly. All joinery and metal works were prepared and painted. We screeded the floors and laid vinyl safety flooring. New hygienic full height cladding was supplied and fitted and perimeter skirting to exposed pipework. We supplied and fitted new seamless IPS panelling to the ensuites and assisted bathrooms. Mirrors, fixtures and fittings were installed. Works also involved a new above ground drainage system to service the bathrooms.
