We were appointed by our client to undertake a number of kitchen and bathroom works along with DDA alterations to some properties. Our specially trained teams worked very closely with the project team to deliver a tight program of works with volumes ranging at times up to 15 units per week. This project was delivered successfully and the feedback received from KPI’s and the president’s personal acknowledgement has supported the success. Some of these projects were delivered to higher-than-normal specification due to the high resident involvement and allowing residents to contribute for choice.
