Re-Gen were appointed to carry out much needed works to the Outpatients Building at Maudsley Hospital. Working with our long-standing NHS trust, the works consisted of removing the existing flat roof and replacing with a new waterproof system as well as installation of new windows, internal refurbishment works and an extension to the rear to house a new DDA compliant lift and shaft. The scheme was delivered while in full occupancy, despite one entire side of the building being removed and rebuilt.
Through our established and well-developed relationship with both the end user and employer’s agent, Re-Gen were able to deliver a 1st rate refurbishment project that improved the usability of the ward and well-being of the patients.
