Re-Gen UK Construction was assigned to be the main contractor for the complete commercial fit-out and refurbishment of an empty warehouse unit into a fishing megastore. Our client had plans to expand their small shop into a megastore, providing an extensive range of products to all fishing enthusiasts. Outlaw Pro wanted to visualise their brand in the new space as well as provide a warm welcome for their customers.
The refurbishment included a complete strip out of the unit, the construction of a mezzanine floor, and the installation of a suspended ceiling incorporating an air handling unit system. Artificial green grass was next laid down to provide an outdoor experience for the customers. Complete redecoration works to the unit finalised the project, allowing the Outlaw Pro team to furbish for the grand opening.
