Refurbishment of Southwark Council’s new Southwark Works employment and wellbeing hub, located within the ground floor of Mountview, one of the UK’s leading drama schools.
The project transformed an existing workspace into a modern, welcoming hub where employment and health-focused support services will operate together, helping residents facing barriers into work access tailored guidance and sustainable opportunities.
Situated on Peckham High Street, adjacent to Peckham Library, the scheme required careful delivery within a highly visible, live urban environment.
