This project was a full fit out of a first floor office. An acoustic ceiling was installed along with acoustic doors, liners and closers to achieve a high DB rating. A new glazed partitioning with graphics to comply with DDA requirements were installed to the conference room. Full Mechanical and Electrical installations included all new services (water and electric), new data points with floor boxes, new bespoke panel heaters, new bathrooms and small kitchenette.
