Our leadership team has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. They will draw on this to ensure we deliver the same high standards of service the Group currently provides but within new sectors and work streams.

With a lean and proactive delivery model as a direct control contractor, we will consistently devise exceptional and cost-effective solutions. We will always deliver what we say we will- on time and on budget.

Our story

Re-Gen UK Construction Ltd began its story in 2012 by our Managing Director Jeremy Hartland. Our mission was and continues to be able to perform for our customers to the highest level of quality and safety, for the services we provide in construction. The company grew quickly whilst maintaining our professionalism, integrity, and fairness in our relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors, professional associates, and clients. In 2016, we successfully formed Re-Gen (M&E Services) Ltd. By integrating an M&E division, it allowed us to broaden the services we can provide our clients and offer a full range of mechanical and electrical solutions.

Social value

At the heart of Re-Gen’s social value, we pride ourselves on providing opportunities to young people from BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) backgrounds, women, vulnerable adults, and anyone seeking assistance in improving life skills. We work with communities providing skills training, interview techniques, CV writing workshops and work experience in a variety of roles.

Jeremy Hartland
Chief Executive

Jeremy sets the strategic direction of the business, driving growth while ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality construction and refurbishment projects across both public and private sectors. With more than 32 years of industry experience and an exceptional main contractor background spanning every facet of construction and refurbishment, he brings a rare combination of deep commercial insight, technical expertise, and operational leadership. His track record includes leading complex, multi disciplinary programmes, strengthening organisational capability, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

Jon Gower
Managing Director

Jon oversees operational delivery across the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. With more than 30 years in construction, including over 20 years in senior leadership roles, he brings extensive experience across all construction types and sectors.

Andy Bloomfield
Commercial Director

Andy shapes the company’s contractual and commercial strategy, strengthening financial governance, ensuring robust legal representation, and securing value-driven outcomes for clients. He plays a central role in developing and leading the commercial team, bringing clarity, consistency, and high standards to contract management and project delivery. With more than 35 years of experience across both main and specialist contractors, he offers broad sector insight and a collaborative, solutions‑focused approach to commercial leadership. His depth of expertise supports effective risk management, strong supplier and client relationships, and commercially successful project outcomes.
