Re-Gen (UK) Construction Ltd was established in 2012 by Managing Director Jeremy Hartland, with a clear commitment to delivering the highest standards of quality, safety and service.
The company has grown significantly since its formation, while remaining true to the principles that shaped Re-Gen from the outset — professionalism, integrity and fairness in our relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and professional partners.
In 2016, we expanded our capabilities with the formation of Re-Gen (M&E Services) Ltd. The addition of our M&E division enabled us to broaden our offering and provide clients with a comprehensive range of mechanical and electrical solutions alongside our core construction services.
At the heart of Re-Gen’s social value, we pride ourselves on providing opportunities to young people from BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) backgrounds, women, vulnerable adults, and anyone seeking assistance in improving life skills. With over 32 years’ experience in the construction industry and an extensive background as a main contractor, Jeremy brings a wealth of commercial, technical and operational expertise spanning construction and refurbishment. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the public and private sectors, while building strong teams, developing organisational capability and maintaining a clear focus on quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
Jon Gower oversees the operational delivery of Re-Gen, ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to consistently high standards across all areas of the business.
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, including more than 20 years in senior leadership roles, Jon brings extensive expertise across a broad range of construction types and sectors. His strong operational and commercial understanding enables him to lead complex programmes, drive performance and ensure projects are delivered with a clear focus on quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
Andy Bloomfield leads Re-Gen’s commercial and contractual strategy, ensuring strong financial governance, effective risk management and commercially successful project delivery.
With over 35 years’ experience across main and specialist contracting, Andy brings extensive sector knowledge and a strong understanding of contract management, procurement and commercial performance. He plays a key role in developing and leading the commercial team, fostering a consistent and collaborative approach while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project partners.
